VIDEO REEL

In this section I will post videos (obviously) that I produced while I was the online marketing and content manager at YRB Magazine. What can’t be seen in these videos is the hard work, planning, expensive equipment and great collaborative effort from my wonderful online team who gave 110% on everything from writing to shoooting/editing to making sure my grilled chicken wraps stayed dipped in the finest of vinaigrettes.

The Golden Child sits with YRB TV to show off his gaming skills in his new game, Shaun White Skateboarding. White skates past the competition as he talks about the health challenges he faced as a kid that almost stopped his career, growing up in the world of extreme sports and the tough transition from skateboarding to snowboarding.

We went on a date with model turned actress, Rosa Acosta and while we couldn’t keep our eyes off her lollilop, she talked to us about the challenges she faced in her dancing days, how hair and makeup don’t define a woman and whether you love or hate her, she’ll be laughing all the way to bank. All while never missing a lick.

The Atlanta transplant (via Philly) talks to YRB about how he meshed the sound of two cities, his independent grind and how newly signed rappers are faking the indie funk. No hard feelings.

After a few days of making the rounds in NYC, the newest kid out of Pittsburgh linked up with YRB at Washington Square Park for an interview set in true K.I.D.S. style. Taking in the scene of the 90′s cult film which has become synonymous with his attitude on the mic, the 18yr old kicks a quick verse before politicking about a number of not so juvenile topics. Mac delves into his rap origins, shaking comparisons and how the cult-classic served as a window into his musical mentality.

YRB kicked it with the new face of NY’s rap scene Vado, and chopped it up while he got a fresh cut at his local shop. The pioneer of slime slang talks about making music with concepts in the fashion of some legendary MC’s and proving his worth beyond his Cam’ron co-sign. Watch and find out why the naysayers can’t help but at least respect uptown’s latest. Stop it, Five!
